3rd DUI - Class 4 felony offense (1 to 3 years in prison). Probation is available. Fine of up to $25,000.
4th DUI - Class 2 felony (3 to 7 years in prison). Fine of up to $25,000.
5th DUI - Class 1 felony (4 to 15 years in prison). Fine of up to $25,000.
6th or More DUI - Class X felony (6 to 30 years in prison). Fine of up to $25,000.
However, the first time DUI offender may be charged with a felony if certain other conditions apply.
