If you have been convicted of a DUI and your license is revoked you will have the opportunity to obtain your driving privileges. Most second time DUI offenders will be able to apply for either/or a Hardship Permit (RDP) or full reinstatement of their license one year after the conviction. We hear from clients who have tried this themselves without counsel and lost initially that the process is extremely intimidating to them. We have handled hundreds of reinstatements for satisfied clients.

Typically, our clients will need to complete their alcohol treatment plans, obtain various affidavits from friends and employers. Then we prepare all the forms in the proper manner and submit it to Mt. Vernon along with the request for hearing. At the hearing various questions will be asked of our clients. We know what they will ask and will fully prepare our client so that they effectively present their case. Many times our clients will receive their RDP after the first attempt. Unrepresented persons sometimes may have to petition three or more times before successfully obtaining the driving relief.

Let our successful track record and years of experience assist you in this very serious endeavor.
